BUSINESS
Hartlepool is open for business and we are seeking inward investment to support the creation of jobs.
We have been working on the strategy along with our incredible Corporate Management Team at Hartlepool Borough Council and the plan to build on our ongoing capital programme.
The key to our strategy is finding what our key niches are and it is becoming clear that Creative Industries, Tourism and a plan for mainstream industry linked to our freeport are the focus.
We are seeing a huge revival in our town with the Grand Hotel reopening, The Wesley Chapel conversion into a 36 bedroom hotel and wedding/large dinner venue, the train station opening us up to more intercity business and a vision to see the town succeed in all sectors.
