We warmly welcome Kemi Badenoch as the new Leader of the Conservative Party. Her dynamic performance during the leadership campaign and today at her first Prime Minister's Questions demonstrated not only her sharp intellect but also her deep commitment to the values that bind us as Conservatives. Kemi's confident and eloquent responses were exactly what we needed to see in this pivotal moment, and it's clear she’s ready to tackle the challenges ahead with resolve and vision.
We also want to extend our heartfelt thanks to all the contenders who stepped up in this leadership contest. Their dedication to the people of the UK and the Conservative cause was evident at every turn. It’s not easy to put yourself forward, and each candidate brought valuable ideas and energy to the table, helping to shape a vigorous debate about our nation's future.
We are pleased to welcome the newly appointed members of Kemi Badenoch's shadow cabinet, who bring a wealth of experience and dedication to their respective roles:

Their collective expertise and commitment will be instrumental as we work together to hold the government to account and present a compelling alternative to the British people.
As we move forward together, it's important that we unite behind our new leader, focusing on the task of delivering for the British people. We are also looking forward to learning about the policies and challenges Kemi will bring to Labour, and how we will unify and renew our party at every level, but particularly at the grassroots. With Kemi at the helm, we are ready to protect what matters most to our constituents, strengthen our economy, and ensure opportunity for all. The hard work starts now, and as a party, we are ready to support her vision every step of the way.
Thank you again to all our members for your continued support and engagement. Let’s move forward, united and confident in our future.
